The biggest burger and fries fan and this place always makes me happy. the cooks make some of the best burgers i have had so far. I can come here any day of the week maybe even multiple times. The staff is always with a great attitude which makes everything much more enjoyable.

Excellent service, awesome food, and the ambiance is fantastic. This is a place to go and hangout after a hard day at work with the partner or with the fellas/gals. The soup is their staple. Burgers are tasty. There is food for everyone to enjoy. I cannot say this enough that this is a truly great summer hangout spot.

Good food, although barely any healthy options.Service was very good, fast and courteous. A nice place to visit, especially with young kids.

It's all about the burgers and tacos. Along with endless fries and a full bar. Great Hawaiian surf atmosphere and a wonderful staff.

If you ever wanted to enjoy a real American burger with an exotic and delightful taste?.. You got to try this place. I being going to this restaurants since the late 90's. The one I try on my first time it was located in the city of woodland hills . LOVE AT FIRST TIME.. My favorite burger is the Hula.. A delicious Medium temperature cooked Angus meat with a pile of garlic zesty mushrooms and topped with a bunch of blue cheese crumbs.. Yummy.. And the sweet wheat bun that comes with a big pile of real potato fries.. Is just a mouth watering taste as soonest you take the first bite. Jucy at must. And for me personally.. A icy cold beer.. after that all other burger places are second in line... Thank you Islands for keeping such a delicious meal close to us..

This is my go to restaurant for lunch or dinner. Great food everytime. No surprises. John is the best waiter I have ever had at any restaurant. He knows me so well, he immediately brings drinks when I sit down. He genuinely cares about his job and every customer that comes in. Definitely deserves a raise. Keep up the great work.

Really love the island atmosphere. I like the decor and theme. It's very comfortable to sit and eat here. The food is very good. I gave minus a star because the televisions playing sports all around the place kind ruins the nice atmo. The manager is very nice came up and talked with our kids and congratulated or dished for getting recognized at school.

Good burgers for a chain restaurant. You can never go wrong with Islands. Just avoid the usual busy dinner hours. Its loud enough inside to bring small kids too.

I've got to say, first time here and I was delighted! I even called the manager over to the table. The food and drinks were both great.Best part of the whole experience was our server Christine. Can't say enough about her. Nice, personable and the perfect server!!! She was very attentive but did not hover. She used suggestive sales and even made food recommendations in each category on the menu. She made the vist the most memorable and the most enjoyable!Thanks Christine for a fantastic lunch. We'll be back!!!

It was a nice relaxing place. Felt like being at the beach. Food was pretty good had a hamburger and their chilli fries. Their buffalo wings were outstanding. Service was awesome and the price was not bad.

Food was okay except for the fries. Our waiter, Jordan, was excellent. Staff used a table across from us as a prep station & to eat their meals while dashing around serving patrons; it was unprofessional & annoying. Won't be returning.

Service is normally ok. Burgers are tasty, although whoever is cooking them have no idea how to cook a burger medium. Last time i went it was well done. Which made it hard to eat but i was so hungry. This time they made it medium-well. Even though i stressed to the server how badly i wanted it medium. The fish tacos are not that great, it lacks flavor and what it should taste like..

Good burgers along with food beers, nothing can go wrong. Staff are always friendly. After a long day i can relax here drinking my favorite beer.

This wasn't the only cup that was dirty but this one had food stuck on the inside and still got filled with water...I feel if I'm going to pay $15/plate yall should have cleaner dishes than this.

Service was great but the food was lacking in some areas. The burger was dry but the chicken sandwich was crispy and flavorful. We were shorted some olives in the Sleek Greek Salad but Amber made up for it and brought out some extra! Thank you!

I tried Island Burgers yesterday after running several errands. I used the curbside pickup and I was greeted by Ashley J! Ashley is the sweetest person (waitress) I have met in a long time! All you see is this BIG, warm and inviting smile when she initially walks up to your car to confirm and bring your order to the car! I swear she is the epitome of warm and inviting! Her personality is second to none! I will be returning to IB just because of Ashley! Too bad we can’t encounter this type of quality customer service everywhere we go. Keep up the good work Ashley J! Hopefully others will take heed and learn something from you!! Your laugh and ginormous smile had a huge impact on me. IB, you have a precious jewel.

Went for happy hour. Wine choice was dismal and way over priced for what was offered. Single glass prices were as much as the whole bottle were at most stores.Nothing wrong with making a profit, but, get real.

Great fun atmosphere, food prices are as expected for a place on Valencia Blvd. Waitress was very friendly and helpful, food was great with different options then what you would normally see. If you're going to bring kids they should bring a sweatshirt, they like to keep it really cool inside.

Just a casual dining restaurant. The food was good but not great. The tortilla soup was good. The most popular fare is burgers here, but they have a nice chicken bowl. A typical entree is around 10 to fifteen dollars. So for a family of four, you are looking at around $50 to $70 for an average dinner

It had been a long time since I've been to Islands, and I'm happy to say that their food is definitely improved since the last time I went. I used to go to the islands pretty often with my family, but over time the quality of the food begin to degrade so we opted to stop going and do other burger joints. As of writing this with you though I can say that it's definitely returned to being a great place to get burgers. I love getting the Maui with sweet potato fries, and my go to alcohol drink would definitely be the lava flow. The servers were nice and the food came out in the timely manner. My biggest gripe would be the fact that the bottomless fries don't count towards the sweet potato fries. if you're going to do bottomless fries do bottomless sweet potato fries as well.

I meet friends in this nice place a lot! This is my favorite place to have a bite. I go there routinely. The food is very tasty, the staff members are welcoming and the rates are fair. I like being in this spot to have a good dinner.
